Delivery FAQ + Policies

Delivery Date + Time

We offer deliveries on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Our calendar is kept up to date. If your desired delivery date is grayed out, we are either booked for an event or are at capacity for that date.

Our delivery window is 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM. We are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time.

Need a Specific Delivery Time?
If you absolutely need your flowers at a specific time, we recommend selecting studio pickup at checkout and arranging for an Uber Messenger or courier to pick them up on your behalf.

Please send us an email to let us know if you plan to do this so we can have your order ready at the right time.


House Deliveries

  • We use Roadie, a courier service, to deliver our arrangements. Once your flowers leave the studio, the phone number you provided at checkout will get an automated text with a link to track delivery.

  • The courier will knock or ring the doorbell upon arrival. Please be ready to receive your flowers or notify your recipient.

  • If no one answers they will leave the flowers in a safe spot near the door.

  • We will send a courtesy email (based on the contact information provided at checkout) to let the sender know the flowers have been delivered.

  • While our courier does their best to place flowers in a safe, shaded area, Calma is not responsible for damage caused by weather, theft, or other circumstances outside our control.

Condo / Apartment Deliveries

  • Every condo building has a different delivery policy. Most require that any deliveries at the front desk. We follow the building’s delivery policy. 

  • As with house deliveries, the courier cannot wait on-site due to delivery volume. 

  • Calma is not responsible for flowers damaged due to weather, theft, or other factors beyond our control.

Delivery Addresses + Information

  • Please double-check that the delivery address and recipient contact information provided at checkout are accurate.

  • Calma is not responsible for missed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

  • If a delivery attempt is made to an incorrect or incomplete address, an additional delivery fee will be charged for re-delivery.


 

Flower Quality & Guarantee

At Calma, we do everything possible to provide fresh, beautiful florals. Still, fresh flowers are extremely delicate and require proper care.

  • With proper care, we guarantee your flowers will last a minimum of 72 hours from the pickup or delivery date.

  • Always keep your vase filled with water. 9 out of 10 times, flowers die early because the water level was too low.

  • We recommend topping off the water every morning to keep stems fully hydrated.

  • Keep flowers out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources for the longest vase life.

If you are not satisfied with the life of your flowers, please:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of your pickup or delivery date at hi@calma-miami.com.

  • Include a detailed description of the issue and clear photos of the flowers.

If a valid quality issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement arrangement or bouquet.
